Yu Donglai: Stop guessing. Pang Donglai's pursuit is an operational model based on systems and shareholding.

On March 11, Donglai, the founder of Donglai, posted a response on a social platform regarding the company’s distribution system. Donglai stated that for the past 26 years, Donglai has been pursuing an operational model based on a system and shareholding structure. In the early days, shareholders were involved through gratuitous gifts and nominee holding. Distributions are made according to the principle of fairness and based on standards of job value. “The goal is to stimulate employees’ potential, help them realize that all their income is generated by their own abilities—not bestowed or given by others.” Donglai revealed that once employees mature within this culture, the company will then transition to a true shareholding-based operating model.
