I just learned something interesting about Barrio Parque. One of the most prominent real estate projects in this Buenos Aires neighborhood just received a major regional award in London.

It’s the building located at Martín Coronado 3300, across from Plaza Perú and near the Malba Museum. The developer firm Creaurbana, part of the Emes Group, had already won international awards in two categories at the International Property Awards a few months ago. But what’s interesting is that in the second phase of the competition, where only the winners from each country compete, this project was recognized as the regional winner for all of America in the single-family housing development category.

The ceremony took place on January 16 in London, with a jury of over 100 international experts evaluating architecture, sustainability, and innovation. This positions Argentina as a serious player in the global luxury real estate market.

The building itself is quite unique. Designed by BMA Architects, it has 28,000 m² built with only 32 residences, each over 300 m². That speaks to the low density and exclusivity of the project. Its location in Barrio Parque, one of Buenos Aires’s most sought-after neighborhoods, combined with high-quality materials, places it in the most premium segment of the market, with price per square meter among the highest in the country.

According to Andrés Mindlin, Director of New Business at Creaurbana, this recognition validates the work they’ve been doing to elevate Argentine real estate standards to a global level. The developer continues to expand with over 120,000 m² in projects in Escobar, Puerto Madero, and Vicente López, in addition to recent deliveries in Bajo Belgrano.

It’s interesting to see how Barrio Parque continues to establish itself not only as a high-end residential area but also as an internationally recognized development for its quality.
