Want to get into the Xianyu AI Token business?
Don’t be fooled by KOLs claiming “low cost, high returns.” Selling AI Token transfer stations or reselling shared accounts isn’t a real business; it’s just gray-area activity on the edge of the law. The entire chain is: upstream black card fraud accounts, midstream reverse API cracking, and you just distribute and sell on Xianyu, earning some margin and commissions.
It seems like a lightweight asset and quick money, but in reality, it’s all a minefield from start to finish:
- Black card fraud and cracked APIs directly violate criminal law. If upstream gets caught, you as downstream will be implicated;
- Reselling accounts and illegally providing API services involve illegal operations and infringement;
- Collecting user prompts and data is equivalent to holding concrete evidence of privacy leaks—one lawsuit, and you’re done;
- When the platform’s risk control bans accounts, buyers will come to you for compensation. You’ll face claims, complaints, and police reports all pointing at you.
You might think it’s entrepreneurial arbitrage, but in fact, you’re just helping black market operations shoulder the risk, take the blame, and bear the consequences.
If something really happens, the KOLs will have already run away, and the only one left to pay and take responsibility is you.
I’m telling you this not to stop people from making money, but to prevent anyone from being used as a pawn. Clearly, you can do legitimate AI services for profit—why take illegal shortcuts and ruin yourself?
Exposing this black industry route is a reminder for those considering entering the field: legality is what makes a real business; illegal activities are just crimes.
