Got frustrated with your calls showing as private? Yeah, that's annoying. Here's the thing - it usually happens because of a setting you didn't even know existed, or sometimes your carrier just decides to hide your number for some reason.

From there, find Caller ID and switch it to Show number or Network default. Here's the thing though - sometimes your phone settings look fine but calls still show as private. That usually means your carrier is controlling it from their end. You can try dialing *31# to force your number to show on all calls, or #31# to check your caller ID status. If that doesn't work, do a network reset.
