Mars Finance News: On April 2, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on carrying out a special action to empower small and medium-sized enterprises’ development with inclusive computing power. It noted that a computing power talent training plan will be implemented. Adhering to a dual approach that gives equal weight to “cultivating talent at the source” and “enhancing capabilities on the job,” the notice encourages capability-building training to be carried out in city pilot projects for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. It will organize experts in the computing power field and industry practitioners to develop a batch of high-quality inclusive computing power application courses. Conducting targeted talent training in a tiered and categorized manner: for senior and middle-level managers, providing training courses in areas such as strategic awareness and decision-making ability; for frontline technical backbones, organizing modular, scenario-based practical training covering directions such as green and energy-saving as well as intelligent operations and maintenance, so as to effectively improve the engineering capabilities of technical teams at small and medium-sized enterprises and the level of application and deployment.
