Lian Life Insurance: Zhou Junshu retires, and Huang Jian is elected as Chairman of the Board

Lian Life Insurance announces that Huang Jian has been elected as the new Chairman, with a term until the completion of the fourth board of directors, subject to regulatory approval. Zhou Junshu has retired and will no longer serve as Chairman or director.

Recently, Lian An Life Insurance issued an announcement stating that the company held its 25th meeting of the 4th session of the board of directors on March 30, 2026. The meeting elected Huang Jian as Chairman of the 4th session of the board of directors of Lian An Life Insurance, with a term that runs until the expiration of the 4th session of the board of directors. Huang Jian’s chairman appointment will be formally effective after approval by the regulatory authorities.

Before the chairman appointment is formally made, Huang Jian is nominated to act in the capacity of chairman. Zhou Junshu will no longer serve as Chairman of the 4th session of the board of directors of Lian An Life Insurance, nor as a director, and will retire.
