Jiayou International: Co-invested with related parties to activate the Tazara Railway project, with a total investment of $1.243 billion.
JiaYou International’s announcement states that the company plans to cooperate in its investment in the TAZARA Railway Activation Project by jointly investing through a joint-investment target company, LinkFuture Investment Ltd., with the related party Jinsheng (Singapore) Mining Pte. Ltd., the non-related party China CAMC Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Group Co., Ltd., and COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. The total investment amount for this round is $1.243 billion, of which JiaYou International’s investment amount is $62.15 million, representing 5%. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction and does not constitute a material asset reorganization.
