This includes, as of the end of 2025, the Foundation holding cash and stablecoins of $49.9 million, 15.1 million UNI tokens, and 240 ETH, with the token portion valued at $85.8 million based on then-prevailing market prices. The Foundation expects its funding turnover period to continue until January 2027; new committed grants for the full year total $26.0 million, of which $11.0 million has been disbursed; new committed grants for the fourth quarter total $5.8 million, of which $2.1 million has been disbursed; operating expenses for the full year are $9.7 million (excluding employee token incentive rewards); and it obtained 20.3 million UNI tokens from the Uniswap Treasury through the Uniswap Unleashed proposal (valued at approximately $114 million based on year-end market prices).
