SBF accuses the judge of bias, claiming the judge should recuse themselves from the case.
ME News update: On March 31 (UTC+8), SBF posted on social media, saying that Delaware’s Chief Judge, who was accused of having bias, has recused herself from three cases, and questioning why Federal District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York did not recuse from his case. He said that Kaplan made improper remarks during the proceedings, including alleged expressions of bias in front of the jury. SBF believes that the relevant judges should recuse from his case by referring to similar cases.
