Three Gorges New Materials: Planning to invest in the Three Gorges New Materials Silicon Material Base Project

People’s Finance Network, March 30—On March 30, Three Gorges New Materials (600293) announced that the company plans to invest no more than 300 million yuan through its wholly owned subsidiary, Yichang Three Gorges New Materials Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (of which 77 million yuan will be used to increase capital into the silicon materials company), to build the Three Gorges New Materials Silicon Materials Base project. This project investment will increase the company’s self-sufficiency rate for silicon sand raw materials and effectively reduce raw material procurement and external transportation logistics costs.
