I wonder how many people have already tried earning money through mobile mining? I decided to find out which mining programs actually work on smartphones. Turns out, the options are pretty good.

The most popular mining apps for phones are CryptoTab, StormGain, NiceHash, Bitdeer, and cloud services from major platforms. CryptoTab is one of the pioneers—just install it, enable the feature, and it starts working. Plus, you can invite friends and earn bonuses. StormGain is more convenient because it gives cryptocurrency for small tasks, has a user-friendly interface, but requires restarting every 4 hours—which is a downside for the lazy. NiceHash is popular among both beginners and experienced users thanks to its profitability calculator and security features. Bitdeer is suitable for serious miners—offering professional-level options, including mining multiple cryptocurrencies simultaneously.

As for cloud mining, the cloud mining programs are simpler—they don’t load your phone’s processor; you just pay for hash rate. This is more convenient for iPhone users, where Apple doesn’t particularly favor direct mining.

Honestly? Mobile mining isn’t a quick way to make money. The competition is fierce, you need to keep the app running about 8 hours a day, and there’s a risk of encountering scammers. But looking ahead— with hardware development and new algorithms, it could become more interesting. The main thing is not to rush and to thoroughly research everything before starting.

On Android, the process is easier: choose a mining program like CryptoTab or another, install it, create an account, specify your wallet address, and select a pool. On iPhone, it’s more complicated due to Apple’s restrictions, but cloud mining apps solve this problem—they simply let you select your hash rate volume, and you’re set.

If you had to pick the easiest coin to mine, it would be Monero (XMR), Dogecoin (DOGE), Vertcoin (VTC), and Ravencoin (RVN). But consider your local electricity costs and the coin’s price. Mining Bitcoin on a smartphone? That’s going to take forever—about 10 minutes per BTC under ideal conditions, which is impossible without specialized equipment.

In general, mobile mining programs are real, but not magic. If you’re prepared for a slow process that requires constant monitoring, you can give it a try. The main thing is to choose a reliable app and not believe promises of quick earnings.
