People’s Finance News, March 31—The State Administration for Market Regulation released a briefing on the progress of the 2025 “Quality Certification Enhancement Action for Micro and Small Enterprises.” Next steps will strengthen policy coordination and improve long-term mechanisms. Strengthen policy alignment with departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and financial regulators, and explore establishing a “certification-to-benefit” policy direct-delivery mechanism. Increase support for certified enterprises—especially micro and small manufacturing businesses—in areas such as industrial support, government procurement, and financing credit enhancement. Strengthen targeted support and technical guidance for micro and small enterprises with CCC certification, and enhance policy precision in supporting underdeveloped regions with weak foundations, key industrial supply chains, and the fields of traditional industries’ transformation and upgrading.
