After a report like that from Google regarding quantum, the bitcoin price should easily be down 5%+ maybe more.

But I've thought that the price being down 50% probably factors in a 20% discount in quantum pricing. It will definitely cap any material upside.
Maybe, its the narrative to give us a final flush out.
