If on-chain data can be permanently accessed, will information itself become a form of basic asset?

This is a conclusion I reached while researching @Permaweb_DAO. In the past, data was mostly viewed as a resource, but under the premise of permanent storage, it begins to acquire asset-like properties. Because it not only exists but can be reused repeatedly and referenced continuously.
The core of Permaweb is to provide this long-term availability. Once data enters the system, it can be accessed continuously, offering a stable foundation for many applications. Whether it's content platforms or AI models, they can build their logic on top of it.
From a trend perspective, data is shifting from a consumable to an accumulative asset. Every piece of data could be reused in the future, and this reusability will continually amplify its value.
Permaweb_DAO plays an infrastructural role in this process. It doesn't directly create content but determines whether content can exist and flow long-term. If this layer can operate stably, the ecosystem around data will continue to expand.
