Getting out of U without panic, remember these survival phrases

Recently, many people have been summoned by the "Hat Uncle" (police) after leaving U. Don't panic! These three response strategies can help you stay calm and avoid pitfalls!

1. When asked, "Virtual currency trading is illegal, don't you know?"

Don't admit "illegal"! Just say:
I checked, and the law doesn't say that buying and selling U personally is illegal. I know this transaction isn't protected by law, but being unprotected doesn't mean it's illegal. I'm just managing my own assets. (Stick to your bottom line, don't give in!)

2. When asked, "You must return this much dirty money to unfreeze your account"

Don't agree outright! And don't say everything:
Refunds can be negotiated. I wasn't fully aware, so I can't just refund whatever you say. I will cooperate, but can we discuss a reasonable plan with the victim? Once we agree, the account should be unfrozen. (Show willingness to cooperate but not to be the scapegoat)

3. When threatened, "If you don't unfreeze, all cards will be blocked and a case will be filed"

Don't be intimidated! You can reply:
I have all the documents ready and will cooperate with the investigation. Right now, it's just a card freeze for investigation; no conviction means no case record. My card isn't a primary involved account, so it generally won't affect other cards. (Knowing the details makes it harder to be fooled)

Pitfall avoidance guide: How to reduce the chance of card freezing?
1. Small amounts (within 1-2 million): Use legitimate OTC trading that earns a margin without volume chasing.
2. Large amounts: Handle in Hong Kong.

Final reminder: If you often walk along the river, you won't avoid getting your shoes wet! Trading virtual currencies carries high risks. Be cautious, and don't risk yourself just to cash out!
