I just looked at the numbers for Elon Musk and his salary per second, and honestly, it's pretty crazy. The man earns about $3,708 USD in a single second, which is more than most people around the world earn in an entire month. That's simply a different level of wealth.

When you extrapolate that, it gets even more absurd. Per minute, he's earning $222,500 USD, and per hour, around $13.35 million. That's so much money that he could theoretically buy a private jet in less than two hours. His wealth grows by $320.5 million USD every single day. For comparison: that's the budget of some smaller countries.

And looking at the weekly calculation, it gets even more extreme. In seven days, his wealth increases by about $2.24 billion USD. That's money in a scale that hardly anyone can imagine. Musk earns in one week what others would save over centuries.

The whole thing is mainly based on Tesla. The stock is performing strongly, and that makes up the majority of his wealth. Plus, there are SpaceX and AI projects, which also have significant potential. In 2024, his net worth rose to about $429 billion USD, placing him at the top of the list of the richest people.

What's interesting is: his salary per second not only reflects personal success but also the market dynamics behind it. When Tesla is doing well, his wealth explodes. When the market weakens, it can quickly decrease again. But the fact is, Elon Musk's salary per second is a measure that shows how extreme wealth inequality has become.
