Honestly, when I first realized how you can really make 30,000 a day or even more per month with content, everything changed for me. I used to be a typical programmer, sitting in an office from 9 to 5, earning a miserable 2-4 thousand, living in a dorm and eating instant noodles. But one night, I accidentally stumbled upon YouTube and noticed something strange: small creators with a small audience suddenly got rich in a few months, not years.

That intrigued me. I started digging deeper, analyzing hundreds of videos, looking for those that hit half a million views but had fewer than 100,000 subscribers. And then I saw a pattern that almost everyone misses.

It turned out, it’s not about the number of hours you put in, but how you capture attention. A viral video works for you 24/7, even while you sleep. It’s not the same as exchanging time for money at a regular job.

I identified three simple rules that work: you need to grab attention within the first 7 seconds, create “open loops” every 30 seconds so viewers don’t switch off, and tell real stories with practical tips. Most creators miss at least two of these points.

Then I realized I don’t have to do everything myself. I hired scriptwriters for $50-100 per script, voice-over artists for $30, editors for $100-200. I made my first video myself in 10 hours — and it got 5 million views in a week. That was a sign I was on the right track.

Now I manage more than 20 channels, with an annual income exceeding $1.3 million. The craziest part — on some channels, I spend just an hour a month, and they bring in 20-40 thousand. The system runs itself. Brands now approach me, offering $3-9K for mentions in videos, plus ad revenue.

The whole trick is that I stopped working and started creating a system. That’s a whole different level.
