Mars Finance News March 30: Microsoft has recently reached a cooperation agreement with data center developer Crusoe, formally leasing its 700 MW computing capacity from the Phase 2 project located in the Abilene campus in Texas, further strengthening the foundation of artificial intelligence computing infrastructure. It is reported that the Abilene campus in Texas is the location of the Phase 1 “Stargate” AI data center project jointly built by OpenAI and Oracle. The Phase 1 build-out scale reaches 1.2 GW, and the Phase 2 project at the park was originally planned for expansion of the “Stargate” project. As OpenAI adjusts its computing capacity layout, additional capacity will be directed to other regions. Microsoft successfully secured this leasing cooperation. Previously, Meta has also expressed an interest in collaborating with this park site. (Wide-angle observation)
