A building collapse in Hailin, Heilongjiang, with 2 people already rescued.
According to CCTV News, around 12:00 AM on March 29, a building in Hailin Town, Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province partially collapsed, trapping 9 people. Reporters from relevant departments have learned that 2 people have been rescued so far, with their physical condition unknown. Rescue operations are still ongoing.
