50 passenger routes along Zhejiang's coast are suspended

Due to the continuous influence of warm and humid air flows, a wide range of dense fog weather has appeared along the Zhejiang coastline since the morning of March 29, with visibility in some sea areas dropping below 500 meters, significantly affecting the safety of maritime navigation. As of now, a total of 50 passenger ferry routes, including the Ningbo Zhito to Zhoushan Taohua Island route, have implemented suspensions. Among these, key port areas such as Ningbo Chuan Shan South Port, Meishan Port, Dinghai Inner Port, and Aoshang Port, as well as major shipping channels like Xiazhi Men, Tiaozhou Men, and Shuangyu Men, and the areas around Xiangshan Port Bridge and Zhoushan Daid Bridge are still under fog navigation control.
