To become stronger, you must first give up one thing: idleness. When a person is idle, emotions run wild. When the land is idle, weeds grow wildly. Idle time won't make you better; it will only trap you in a quagmire of self-doubt. The so-called self-improvement is essentially about filling yourself with activities. When you're busy solving problems, you have no time for unnecessary complaints. When you're busy moving forward, past troubles can't catch up with you.
