Huangpu prestigious school +1, Zhishi City Group teams up with Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School to build a new nine-year school

Guangzhou Huangpu Education Welcomes Major Good News! On March 26, the Knowledge City Group signed a cooperative school-running agreement with Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School, joining forces to create a 72-class nine-year school located within the Changling Yaju project.

Founded in 2006, Guangzhou Yuyan Middle School is a national-level demonstration high school in Guangdong Province, a moral education demonstration school in Guangdong Province, and one of the first quality basic education groups in Guangdong Province (core school). With twenty years of dedication to the education sector, it has become a shining symbol of quality education in Huangpu District. The collaboration between Yuyan Middle School and Changling Yaju represents a deep extension and implementation of the school’s high-quality educational resources.

According to reports, in the future, the new school will fully align with Yuyan’s educational philosophy, teacher recruitment standards, curriculum system, and teaching management model, relying on Yuyan Middle School’s mature educational experience and quality resources to create a high-standard, high-quality nine-year educational framework. Children of Changling Yaju residents will be able to enjoy quality education from the Yuyan system right at their doorstep.

Currently, the new school in Changling Yaju has been completed, and the hardware construction standards of the school meet the founding benchmarks of Yuyan. It is expected to open in September 2026 (the policies and information related to the school’s opening and enrollment will be subject to the final announcements from the government or educational departments).

The Changling Yaju, where the new school is located, is a large-scale improvement project covering approximately one million square meters, developed by the state-owned Knowledge City Group, which is deeply rooted in Huangpu. The project offers a dual value of “quality education + comfortable living,” making it an excellent choice for Huangpu families seeking schools and homes. Currently, phase one of the project, featuring mountain-view spacious flats ranging from approximately 160 to 300 square meters, is on sale, and phase two, featuring new three to four-bedroom units ranging from approximately 96 to 137 square meters, will be launched soon, with layouts more suited to the needs of upgrading families.
