The United States has made a final affirmative determination on the third sunset review of anti-dumping duties concerning Chinese drag-type grass maintenance equipment and related parts, confirming industry injury.

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on February 25, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted and issued a third affirmative sunset review determination of industry injury under antidumping for trailing-type turf maintenance equipment imported from China and related parts: it ruled that if the current antidumping measures are revoked, during a reasonable and foreseeable period, the importation of the subject products could continue or recur to cause material injury to the U.S. domestic industry. Based on the final ruling, the current antidumping measures in this case remain in effect.
