On March 25, Apple Inc. is reportedly testing a standalone Siri voice assistant application, as well as a new “Ask Siri” feature that can run across its various software, which is part of a broader significant upgrade to its artificial intelligence (AI). Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Apple is simultaneously modernizing Siri, giving it a new interface and a chatbot-like experience. These individuals, who wished to remain anonymous due to the confidential nature of the plans, stated that the new version of Siri is scheduled to be released on June 8 at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) as part of the iOS 27 and macOS 27 operating systems.
