In the fiscal year 2025, the group’s revenue was approximately RMB 482 million, a decrease of 18.7% year-on-year. This revenue decline was primarily due to the optimization of closing or transferring inefficient retail stores, which reduced retail store revenue year-on-year, as well as a reasonable contraction of the distribution scale of agency brands, which led to a decrease in distribution revenue. The group’s net loss was approximately RMB 17.1 million, narrowing by 74.9% year-on-year. This loss reduction was mainly due to a significant decrease in sales and distribution costs, as well as an increase in other operating income. The basic loss per share was RMB 0.06.
