Londa Co., Ltd. announced that it has received the “Registration Acceptance Notice” from the China Interbank Market Dealers Association, deciding to accept the company’s technology innovation bond registration. The registered underlying product is a targeted debt financing instrument, with a registered amount of 1 billion yuan. The registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date of this notice, with Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. as the lead underwriter, and the lead underwriter for each issuance will be determined before each issuance. The company can issue technology innovation bonds in phases during the validity period of the registration.
