Shanghai Pudong New Area lists for transfer two commercial land parcels with a total starting price of approximately 290 million yuan

Guancha Network News: On March 27, the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Pudong New District in Shanghai released the “Announcement on the Public Listing of State-owned Land Use Rights” (Shanghai Announcement [2026] No. 021), to publicly list the state-owned land use rights for two plots of land.

According to publicly available information, the two plots are the Sunqiao Community Unit 08-07 plot in Pudong New District and the Shanghai International Medical Park 06-01B plot, with land uses designated as other commercial service land and hotel land, respectively. The transfer period for both is 40 years, with starting prices of 59.59 million yuan and 229.98 million yuan, respectively.

Among them, the Sunqiao Community plot has a floor area ratio not exceeding 1.5 and a building height limit of 40 meters; the Medical Park plot has a floor area ratio ceiling of 2.5, a building height limit of 70 meters, and requires a greening rate of no less than 20%. The successful bidders for both plots will be determined based on the principle of “highest price wins,” with the listing deadline set for May 8, 2026, at 09:30.
