CryptoWorld News reports that, according to CNBC, a federal judge in San Francisco, USA, approved a preliminary injunction filed by Anthropic on Thursday. Previously, Anthropic sued the Trump administration, attempting to overturn the Pentagon's decision to blacklist it and the directive from President Trump prohibiting federal agencies from using its Claude model. Judge Rita Lin made this ruling on Thursday. The judge described the government's ban as "disturbing" and stated that it "appears to be an attempt to undermine Anthropic."
