China Galaxy Securities March 25 — Beijing Enterprises Water Group (00371.HK) announced its annual results. For the year ending December 31, 2025, the company’s attributable profit decreased by 7% to RMB 1.562 billion from RMB 1.678 billion last year. Basic and diluted earnings per share were RMB 14.55 cents. The group proposed a final dividend of HKD 9.25 cents per share. The total annual dividend was HKD 16.60 cents.
During the year, the group recorded revenue of RMB 22.062 billion, a decrease of 9% year-on-year. The decline in revenue mainly resulted from reduced contributions from water treatment construction services, technical services, and equipment sales.
As of December 31, 2025, the group had service franchise agreements and entrustment agreements for a total of 1,313 water plants and township sewage treatment facilities (including 1,067 sewage treatment plants and township facilities, 172 water supply plants, 73 recycled water treatment plants, and 1 seawater desalination plant). The new projects added a total daily designed capacity of 698,796 tons, including a 50,000-ton build-operate-transfer (BOT) project and a 648,796-ton entrusted operation project.
