People’s Financial News, March 25 — To thoroughly implement the “Four Strictest” food safety requirements, further improve the food safety risk prevention and control system on campuses, and reinforce the primary responsibility for food safety in kindergartens, the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the “Supervision and Management Regulations on Kindergarten Food Safety Responsibilities (Draft for Comments)” in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and its implementing regulations. The draft is now open to the public for comments.
