Isn't buying LV at a counter just for 100% authenticity and peace of mind? But after spending big money, I still got hit with a counterfeit, and seeking compensation is a nightmare! The brand keeps insisting it's genuine on one hand, while refusing to do even basic verification on the other. They're pushing all the burden of proof onto consumers—this is absolutely ridiculous! I paid for authentic goods and suffered this, so where's the brand protection? I really hope they'll follow the rules and give consumers a clear explanation.
