Over the past few years, both have taken on more responsibilities across various aspects of the business. They have not only consistently identified, initiated, and led investment projects at a higher frequency but have also gradually taken on greater leadership in Multicoin’s strategy, operations, and long-term development direction. Both Spencer and Shayon joined the fund early — Spencer has been with the company for over eight years, and Shayon for five years.
