🇻🇳 Vietnam's gasoline prices increased nearly 32% in 1 month, ranking TOP 3 globally for price increases. RON 95-III gasoline prices have now risen to 33,840đ
A recent statistical chart based on data from GlobalPetrolPrices shows that gasoline prices in many countries have increased significantly during the late February to mid-March period, with Vietnam recording an increase of approximately 32%, placing it among the highest globally. Specifically, Laos leads with 32.99%, followed by Australia at 32.43% and Vietnam at approximately 32%. This is a notable increase when compared to major economies like the United States which only increased about 23.56% or Germany around 12.64%.
Notably, some Asian countries such as Cambodia also recorded increases close to 20%, while China and France increased below 11%. Japan showed almost no change, while India maintained prices during the same period.
This data reflects the general trend of the global energy market as supply sources face pressure from geopolitical factors and supply chain fluctuations. However, it should be noted that these are aggregate figures calculated by short periods and may be affected by calculation methods and types of fuel used.
