Nongfu Spring (09633) announced that as of the end of December last year, its annual profit was RMB 15.868 billion, up 30.89% year-on-year; earnings per share were RMB 1.411, with a final dividend of RMB 0.99.

During the period, revenue exceeded RMB 50 billion for the first time, reaching RMB 52.553 billion, an increase of 22.51% year-on-year; among them, packaged drinking water products generated RMB 18.709 billion, up 17.3%, accounting for 35.6% of total revenue; tea beverage products earned RMB 21.596 billion, up 29%, accounting for 41.1% of total revenue.

Gross profit margin increased by 2.4 percentage points to 60.5%, mainly due to the decline in procurement prices of PET raw materials, as well as lower costs for packaging materials like cartons and raw materials such as white sugar.

Chairman Zhong Shanshan stated in the earnings report that in 2026, Nongfu Spring will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The company will adopt a “more stable, slower, and farther” approach, accumulating strength over time, so that every drop of water carrying trust can converge into a future of co-prosperity between the enterprise and society.
