Digital Asset Management Firm ParaFi Completes $125 Million New Venture Capital Fund Raise

Odaily Planet Daily reports that New York-based digital asset management firm ParaFi Capital has completed a $125 million new funding round this month. Founder Ben Forman stated that ParaFi is currently focused on stablecoins, tokenization, and institutional on-chain finance companies, having invested in projects such as Anchorage, Bitwise, and Polymarket.

In addition to the recent fundraising, ParaFi has raised an additional $325 million since early 2025 for its digital asset investment strategy, with current assets under management totaling approximately $2 billion. Founded in 2018, ParaFi’s backers include Bain Capital Ventures and Henry Kravis, co-founder of KKR. In 2024, the company raised $120 million from investors such as Theta Capital Management and Accolade Partners.
