A consistently rising fourth quarter for consumer financing

The fourth quarter of 2025 confirmed Figure’s upward trend in the consumer lending market. Transaction volume reached $2.7 billion, up 131% compared to the same quarter in 2024, demonstrating continued sector acceleration. Net income increased by 91% year-over-year, while adjusted net income stood at $158 million, a 106% increase from Q4 2024.

In terms of gross profit, the fourth quarter saw a 156% increase, reaching $15 million. These figures reflect the gradual optimization of Figure’s profitability and its strategic positioning in a rapidly growing segment.

2025: an impressive record with a 574% increase in net income

For the entire year of 2025, Figure delivered truly remarkable performance. Net income soared to $134 million, representing a explosive growth of 574% compared to 2024. This spectacular rise not only reflects the expansion of the consumer lending market but also the company’s increasing operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, annual net revenue reached $507 million, up 49% year-over-year. The consumer lending market, the main driver of this growth, recorded an annual transaction volume of $8.4 billion, a 63% increase year-over-year. This upward trajectory positions Figure as a key player in the blockchain capital markets ecosystem.

A strategic buyback program to strengthen the company

Reflecting its confidence in future prospects, Figure’s board of directors approved a share repurchase program allowing the company to reacquire up to $200 million of Class A common shares and blockchain common shares over the next 12 months. This strategic initiative underscores Figure’s commitment to consolidating its market position and creating sustainable shareholder value.
