Iran Uses New Unmanned Drones to Strike Israel's Ben Gurion Airport

According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency on the 22nd, the Iranian military successfully struck Ben-Gurion Airport in Israel using a new type of drone. The report quoted a spokesperson from the Iranian Islamic Republic Armed Forces as saying that most of the drones used in the attack on Ben-Gurion Airport were of the “Arash-2” model. This drone model is more advanced, more destructive, with a range of up to 2,000 kilometers, a smaller radar cross-section, and is harder for the enemy to detect. The statement also said that this type of drone is “very inexpensive” and can be mass-produced quickly. (Xinhua)
