For those whose KYC is still pending on $Bittoken, be patient — it will be approved. When I did mine, it also stayed pending for almost 2 days.
According to their KYC rules:
1] Name: The name on your Bittoken account must exactly match the name on your ID card (Identity).
2] Profile: If the name you used to open your Bittoken account is different, go to the Profile section in the Bittoken app and update it so it matches before starting your KYC.
3] Rejection: Any account with mismatched names is being rejected during KYC. If this happens to you, check your name and correct it.
These are the main guidelines to follow when completing your KYC.
