THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

The Pentagon just made Palantir’s Maven AI a core system for military operations.
At the same time, the U.S. government has labeled Anthropic’s Claude as a national security risk and asked agencies to stop using it.
But here’s the contradiction:
Maven relies on Claude in its stack.
So on one side, the government is restricting a company.
On the other side, a critical military system is still built using that same technology.
This shows how deeply AI systems are already embedded.
Once these models are integrated into real infrastructure, replacing them is not simple.
Policy decisions can change quickly.
But the underlying technology stack is much harder to unwind.
