JUST IN: Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Park Life plans to debut on the stock market at the end of March.


The Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Park Life, specializing in rental housing, plans to debut on the stock market at the end of March with an initial public offering (IPO) of shares worth approximately 308 million pesos (US$17.2 million).
Fibra Park Life, ticker symbol PLIFE26, expects to place up to 1.4 million Real Estate Investment Trust Certificates (CBFIs) at a price ranging from 200 to 240 pesos, according to documents released through the Mexican Stock Exchange.
