You're not just making that up, right? Right now the total coin supply is only 15 billion, with 9 billion mapped. There's still 85 billion unmined.

Currently, the total supply is only 15 billion, with 9.8 billion released, leaving only 5.2 billion awaiting release. Of the 9.8 billion released, 5.8 billion are in locked status and cannot circulate, with actual circulation of approximately 4 billion!
