The Mahindra Group and Johnson Controls have partnered to launch a Net Zero Buildings Initiative in India, aimed at decarbonizing commercial, urban residential, and public buildings. This initiative will provide resources and training to building owners and facility managers, helping them implement sustainable practices and achieve net-zero goals. The program, which includes a toolkit and year-long roadshow, seeks to accelerate the adoption of smart and sustainable building technologies to support India’s climate objectives, given that three-quarters of its anticipated 2040 buildings are yet to be constructed.
