Visual China announces that the actual controllers, Liao Daoxun, Wu Yurui, and Chai Jijun, reduced their holdings by 1,123,500 shares through centralized bidding from March 2, 2026, to March 9, 2026. This accounts for 0.16% of the company’s total share capital, and after excluding shares held in the repurchase account, it remains 0.16%. The change in equity reaches a multiple of 1%, in accordance with the previously disclosed reduction plan and regulatory requirements.
