Lanyu Holdings: Shareholder Yushuo Investment Has Reduced Its Stake to Below 5%

Lanyu Co., Ltd. announced that the shareholder holding more than 5%, Hangzhou Yushuo Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), reduced 46,427 shares through centralized bidding on March 10, 2026, accounting for 0.0446% of the company’s total share capital. The holding percentage decreased from 5.0445% to 4.9999%, falling below 5%. The reduction was due to funding needs, and the plan is still in progress. Yushuo Investment disclosed on January 20, 2026, that it intends to reduce no more than 1.04 million shares within three months, representing 1% of the total share capital.
