Deep Tide TechFlow News, on March 20, according to The Information, cryptocurrency hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has appointed former Circle executive John Andrews as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to advance its potential initial public offering (IPO) preparations. John Andrews previously served as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at stablecoin issuer Circle and was deeply involved in Circle’s IPO process. His addition is seen as a key personnel move by Ledger for going public.

John Andrews stated that, due to current market volatility, Ledger’s IPO plans may be delayed.
