Mizuho Stays Bullish on Palantir Stock (PLTR), Says It is ‘Unlike Anything Else in Software’

Data analytics company Palantir Technologies’ PLTR +1.47% ▲ stock has risen about 14% over the past month, as it is viewed as a beneficiary of the U.S.-Iran war, given the company’s contracts with military and intelligence agencies. On Thursday, Mizuho analyst Gregg Moskowitz reiterated a Buy rating on Palantir stock with a price target of $195 following meetings with Peter Czimback, Independent Advisor to the company’s CFO, and a current PLTR customer in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction business.

Based on his meetings, Moskowitz said, “PLTR is in a category of one, delivering total revenue growth, acceleration, and margin expansion at scale that is unlike anything else in software.”

Mizuho Analyst Is Bullish on Palantir’s Growth Story

Moskowitz noted that during their discussions, the executives highlighted strong deployment use cases, Palantir’s unique approach to enterprise transformation, and the “absence of any comparable alternative.”

Aside from the strong growth in key metrics, Moskowitz is also bullish on Palantir due to its surging U.S. Commercial business. He noted that the U.S. Commercial business is being driven by growing enterprise adoption of PLTR’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) product and rising urgency around operationalizing AI.

Moskowitz remains confident that Palantir is well-positioned to gain from long-term trends in AI, government digital transformation, and industrial modernization.

Is PLTR a Good Stock to Buy Now?

Last month, Palantir Technologies reported market-beating Q4 2025 earnings and revenue. The company delivered an impressive 137% year-over-year growth in its Commercial division revenue to $507 million, while the Government division’s revenue rose 66% to $570 million.

Overall, Wall Street has a Moderate Buy consensus rating on Palantir Technologies stock based on 14 Buys, four Holds, and two Sell recommendations. The average PLTR stock price target of $194.61 indicates about 25% upside potential.
