People’s Financial News, March 18 — According to Qichacha, China National Petroleum Corporation Coalbed Methane (Shanxi) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established. The legal representative is Hou Wei. Its business scope includes onshore oil and natural gas extraction; mineral resource exploration; gas operation; centralized fast charging stations; energy storage technology services, and more. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China National Petroleum Corporation.
