Mingyuan Cloud (00909) announced that as of the end of December last year, shareholders’ attributable profit was 30.569 million yuan (RMB), with earnings per share of 0.02 yuan. For the same period in 2024, there was a loss of 1.9 billion yuan. No final dividend is declared, but a special dividend of HKD 0.1 per share is recommended from the share premium account.
During the period, revenue was 1.284 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.51%. Adjusted net profit was 101 million yuan, compared to a loss of 43.964 million yuan in the same period in 2024.
