News report (Correspondents Gao Rongsheng and Tang Jiayue): On March 15, China Quality Miles organized the 2026 “3.15” themed event and released the “Anti-Internal Competition and High-Quality Innovation Quality Joint Action Convention.” Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Fracturing Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully selected for the “Quality Victory” Top Ten Innovation Empowerment Typical Case Award for its quality innovation practice of “AI analysis effectively improving the first-pass rate of oil and gas well fracturing proppants.”

This award-winning case focuses on a key quality breakthrough in the production of oil and gas well fracturing proppants (ultra-low density ceramic beads). By introducing AI technology and digital monitoring systems, precise control of calcination temperature was achieved, resulting in a stable 100% product pass rate. The annual production capacity of ultra-low density ceramic beads was increased from 40,000 tons to 84,000 tons, doubling capacity and making it the top production line in the country.

This breakthrough marks China’s autonomous control in the key material development for natural gas extraction in the Ordos Basin, providing critical technological support for ensuring national energy security.
