(hereinafter referred to as "Lujiazui International Trust"), confirming her eligibility to hold the director position. In accordance with regulatory requirements, Fu Yan must strictly adhere to the relevant regulations of the Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, assume her position within three months from the date of the administrative licensing decision, and report her arrival within ten working days after taking office.
